Payment Options
We accept three methods of payment. You can pay by credit card through PayPal (you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal). We also take cash (pickup only) and money orders. All payments must be paid in full before animals can be shipped or picked up at a show.
Animals can be placed on hold for 48 hours with no cash down. You must contact us and verify you wish the animal to be placed on hold (an email expressing interest does not put an animal on hold - you must tell us to hold it). After 48 hours, the animal must be purchased in full or a 25% non-refundable deposit must be made. If the full payment is not made within 2 weeks following the payment of deposit, the deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon by us.

Shipping Terms and Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals will ship overnight by way of Fed-Ex. We will not ship any other way. There is a flat rate of $50.00 for overnight shipping services. Once a payment has been made we will determine a ship date that is most convenient for you. Animals shipped via overnight carrier service will arrive at your door alive and healthy or you will get a refund equal to the value of your original purchase (minus the shipping) or a replacement animal at no extra charge (shipping must be paid again at a reduced rate). Carrier delays and mishaps are our problem and not yours. If Fed-Ex crushes the box and all you get is a deli-cup full of gecko jelly, that's our problem...not yours. If Fed-Ex loses the package or it arrives late and the animal is injured or dead...that's our problem and not yours. Our live arrival guarantee stands only under the following conditions:
- You must provide us with an accurate shipping address and contact phone number.
- Someone must be able to receive the package upon delivery and sign for it.
- Temperatures in your area must be between 45 and 90 degrees.
- You must attempt to contact us by phone AND email within one hour of delivery if your purchase does not arrive alive and well.
- In the event that a package is late, you must contact us by phone prior to 1:00 P.M. (your time) on the day of the expected delivery. Express shipments should be delivered by noon. This will allow us to contact the carrier and find out where the package is in transit.
Animal Health and Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the following things in relation to the health of the animals we sell and the satisfaction of our customers:
- Animals will be alive and healthy for 7 days after your purchase or you will be credited the animal's value or sent a replacement.
- Animals sold as male or female are properly sexed. We guarantee the sex of any animal that is sold as visually sexed (geckos) or probed (snakes). There is no guarantee for temperature sexed hatchlings.
- Animals are properly weighed. If a mass is listed in grams then we guarantee the animal is within 10% of the advertised weight or higher. (i.e. a snake listed at 200 grams will be guaranteed to be 180 grams or higher).
- Animals sold based on photographs are honestly represented. We use no camera tricks to improve visual quality.
- Animal genetics are guaranteed. If an animal is sold as a het or a particular bloodline, we stand by that promise.
If you feel an animal has been improperly sexed or misrepresented in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of the animal's arrival or your pickup time at a show or our facility. If we confirm that an animal was misrepresented at our fault then we will work out a deal with you to determine what partial refund is warranted by our mistake. If an animal dies within the first 7 days of your purchase, you must contact us immediately and follow the specific instructions we give for verification. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of your purchase, your claim will be void. Keep in mind: there will be no cash refund given once an animal arrives alive or is picked up at a show or our facility. We will only supply you with store credit equal to the value of the animal or a replacement animal from that point forward. Store credit will be good for 1 year following the date of your original purchase.
